Notes on rental rates
- Prices are for the property per week in sterling and euros.
- Part weeks are available (minimum 3-nights, excludes July/August). Pro-rata pricing applies
- A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival. For late bookings, alternative arrangements, e.g. pay on arrival are made
- Rates include gas and electricity. Cleaning and laundry before and after each visit and a change of linen every week are included. If additional cleaning services are required during your stay, these can be arranged at additional cost.
- Payment is generally by cheque or bank transfer in either sterling or euros. For other currencies, e.g. US$, AUS$ etc, payment is via PayPal.
